棉花与瓜类上棉蚜相互转换后的生命特征研究

摘    要:对棉花和瓜类寄主上棉蚜的相互转接后的种群特征研究表明 ,南京地区棉花与瓜类 (黄瓜、西瓜和甜瓜 )上的棉蚜相互转接后不能正常存活和繁殖后代 ,其存活时间仅为 1- 4天 ,所产仔蚜存活 1- 3天 ,不能建立蚜群 ,形成了寄主专化型。瓜类上棉蚜在三种瓜之间均能成功转接 ,但转接后 1- 4代的净增殖率均有所下降 ,表现出棉蚜对同类不同种的寄主也存在适应性的差异

Abstract:The population characteristics of cotton aphid were studied by host transplantation method. The results showed that the transplanted cotton aphid and its offspring could survive 1-4 and 1-3 days respectively after transplanting among the cotton and cucurbits (cucumber, water melon and muskmelon). And the aphid population wasn't built. The cotton aphids feeding on cotton and cucurbits has formed host biotypes. The transplantation among cucumber, water melon and sweat melon could succeed, but the net reproduction per aphid was decrease from the first to fourth generations after transplantation. So the fitness of cotton aphid to the same family of plant hosts was also different.
