| 摘 要： | 应用3,5-二烯庚酮-2和次氯酸钠反应制备山梨酸。在酸化前用一种还原剂除去过量的次氨酸钠,将会大幅度提高收率。还原剂的使用,至今未见文献报导。

A new method of improving sorbic acid's yield |

| Abstract: | In this paper,we used 3,5 - Heptadienone and sodium hypochlorites to produce sor--bie acid. Before acidification, we used a kind of reducing agent to get rid of the excess sodium hypochlorites,the producticity was increased. The present date has not reported the application of a reducing agent to synthesis of sorbic acid. |
