| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的不断发展,企业走向世界是必然的选择。在瞬息万变的国际背景下,竞争环境正凸现出新的特征,创新成为企业发展的关键。在企业发展创新体系中,人的因素的创新比物的因素的创新显得更为重要。该文就人才战略创新在国际化战略中的地位和作用进行阐述,并分析了人才战略创新的原则,提出了国际化人才战略的创新途径。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the world economy, tending towards the world becomes the certain choice for all the enterprises. New characteristics have been broken open in the competition environment, that innovation is the key factor of the development. This paper, after summarizing the status of the stratagern about the person with ability and analyzing the principles on the strategic innovation, puts forward the ways of the innovation. |
