摘    要:本文研究了在20%H2SO4溶液中奥氐体不锈钢焊接接头的腐蚀行为。结果指 出.焊接材料的热影响区对腐蚀较为敏感,其腐蚀形态多呈晶间腐蚀.原因在于,受 焊接的热影响,晶界沉淀析出碳化物,导致晶界处发生选择性腐蚀。同时,还模拟了 晶界贫铬区,进行了一系列电化学试验,探讨了贫铬区的再活化溶解行为。

Abstract:This article studies how the corrosion of the welding joint of austenitic stai- nless steel behaves in 20% sulphuric acid solution. The study indicates that the heat-affected zone of the welding material is sensitive to corrosion and the corrosion is intergranular. The reason is that the intergranular precipitate, affected by the welding heat, separates out carburet and it causes the selective corrosion at the intergranular boundary. And then, the chromium depleted region is simulated, a series of electrochemical tests are done and the behaviour of the reactivation dissolve in the chromium depleted region is studied.
