摘    要:以双硫腙为探针构造了PVC膜修饰光极,就该光极的识别机理,酸度、响应时间、选择性等对光度测定的影响和光极再生方法进行了探讨,建立了一种新型的Hg2+离子选择性光极测定方法.结果表明,该修饰光极在pH4.5的缓冲溶液中对汞离子有灵敏的响应,测量范围0~10-5moll-1,检测限达3.5×10-7moll-1,可应用于生活废水中汞离子的测定.

Abstract:An ionic selective bulk optode for Hg2+ based on a lipophilized metal ion-chelating reagent [dithizone] dissolved in an o-NPOE plasticized PVC membrane has been developed. In the measuring range of from 0 to 10-5mol @ L-1 Hg2+ at pH4.5,the absorbance response shows a good correlation with the theoretically derived formulae. The limit of detection is 3.5 × 10-7mol @ L-1.The characteristic of the optode towards Hg2+ in B-R pH buffer solution ,such as response time ,reproducibility,lifetime ,selectivity and regenerating method,is investigated. The optode is applied for the detection of Hg2+ in tap water.
