| 摘 要： | 通过介绍MORT方法，并运用层次分析法对MORT-S分支主干图定量评价，旨在证实MORT的逻辑严谨性及树图中特殊管理因素各事件的重要程度，建立MORT模型，为企业预防安全事故、提高安全管理水平提供了更经济有效的方法和新的思路。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces MORT and assesses MORT-S branch factors on the basis of quantity by using AHP. The author aims to confirm that the logicality of MORT and the importance of every event in special control factors of the MORT tree. Author also build the MORT model of industry. It provides the new method and more economical and effective way in improving the safety management and preventing industry accidents. |
