| 摘 要： | 针对我校 2 0 0 4级新生入学时的新形势 :新的军训时间 ,新的培养模式和培养目标 ,展开讨论班级管理工作 ,主要包括 :强化军事化管理 ,新学分制下兴趣培养 ,情感激励制管理 ,班级自主型管理和完善班级监督制度等方面 ,以为顺利开展大学期间的班级管理工作奠定基础 .
