| 摘 要： | 该文讨论了影响因子在不同引文环境中的关系，发现在整体上中外引文数据库中期刊的影响因子并没有显著的相关性；分学科考虑时，学科内期刊的影响因子具有保序性，但是各学科影响因子的对应关系有很大差异。因此，在使用影响因子作为指标进行中外期刊质量的合并评价时，应注意引文环境的不同以及各学科间的差异性。 |

| Abstract: | Research assessment is an important task for universities, research institutions and government funding agencies. Many assessment methods for basic research rely heavily on the assessment of publications in academica journals. These methods mainly focus on the quantitative comparison of the number of journal articles, however they ignore the quality differences among various journals. This paper presents a new method for qualitative assessment of academic journals by taking into consideration the impact factors of the journals in different disciplines. |
