摘    要:针对200MN油压机双缸不同步运动,提出了一种新的电液同步运动控制方法:为每个液压缸设计了基于压力控制的单输入—单输出(SISO)扰动观测器,做为内环控制.在此基础上着重研究应用线性多输入—多输出(MIMO)鲁棒控制技术来设计一个同步运动控制器作为外环输出,以解决影响该油压机双缸不同步的非线性问题.试验结果证明以上方法有效.

Abstract:In order to resolve the problem of synchronization of the 200 MN dual-cylinder hydraulic press,a new control system of electro-hydraulics was provided: A nonlinear single input-single output(SISO) perturbation observer-based pressure-force controller for each of the press cylinders as the inner-loop controller has been designed.Now emphasis is laid on using linear multiple input-multiple outputs(MIMO) and robust control technique to design an outer-loop motion synchronization controller and to solve this problem influenced by nonlinearities. The experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
