加强高校国有资产管理的思考

长期以来，高校资产管理常常被人忽视，成为国有资产管理领域的盲区和弱项，然而随着教育体制改革的不断深入和国资管理的不断科学深化，日趋显得突出和重要。本文针对高校国有资产管理存在的存量不清、产权混乱、浪费严重、盘活困难四方面的问题提出改进见意，从而建立科学的管理体制、健全各项规章制度．强化管理、以达到不断提高国有资产的使用率。

Speculation on management of state-owned in colleges and universities

For a long time, property management in colleges and universities has been usually neglected, has become the blind area and weak item in the field of the state-owned property management, and with the development of educational system reform and the scientific management of the state-owned property,it gradually seems to be obvious and serious. This paper puts forward some improving methods aiming at the 4 typical problems in the management of the state-owned property in colleges and universities ,including the indistinct state of storage quantity, confusion of the property rights, severe waste and the difficulty in revitalizing, hence to raise the utilization rate of the state-owned property constantly by establishing scientific management system,perfecting various regulation systems,and enhancing management.
