论司法公正及其实现

建立一个公正、廉洁、高效的司法制度是全社会的共同心愿，是依法治国的必然要求。但司法公正的实现是一个艰难而复杂的长期过程，就我国现阶段而言，要保证基本的司法公正及其实现，必须做到立法公正及严格适用实体法，确保司法独立，严格遵循程序，拥有高素质的司法人员，完整而有力的司法监督体系。

On the Judicial Justice and its Realization

It is a consensus of the whole society to build up a just, honest, efficient legal system, which is also the necessary requirement of ruling by law. However, the realization of judicial justice is a long process that is difficult and complex. In China at present, in order to ensure the basic judicial justice and its realization, the following necessities must be achieved: to live up to the legislation justice, to apply to the substantial law strictly, to make sure of the judicial independence, to obey the procedure strictly and to have high-qualified judicial staff as well as the complete, powerful judicial surveillance system.
