摘    要:运用微扰法研究了指数型粗糙面的光散射问题,给出了不同极化情形下散射系数的数学表达式,数值计算得到了双站和单站两种情形下散射系数随散射角变化的曲线,讨论了粗糙面高度起伏均方根、相关长度,介质介电常数,入射光波长对散射系数的影响,得出了指数型粗糙面光散射系数的特征,结果表明粗糙面高度起伏均方根、相关长度,介质介电常数,入射光波长对指数型粗糙面光散射系数的影响是比较复杂的。

Abstract:The optical wave scattering from exponential distribution rough surface is studied using the small perturbation method. The mathematical expression of scattering coefficient for different polarizations is presented. The varying curves of scattering coefficient with scattering angle is obtained by numerical calculation in the case of monostatic scattering and bistaticscattering. The influence of the root mean square and correlation length of rough surface fluctuation, the dielectric permittivity and the wave length of incident wave is discussed. The characteristic of optical wave scattering coefficient from exponential distribution rough surface is obtained. The results show that the influence of the root mean square and correlation length of rough surface fluctuation, the dielectric permittivity and length of incident wave on scattering coefficient is very complex.
