水稻抛秧机的改进设计和理论分析

摘    要:通过对秧苗的运动图表分析表明,影响抛秧性能的关键因素是摩擦系数,解决抛秧机积秧问题必须使摩擦系数降低到一定范围之内,通过增设锥盘润滑装置,降低摩擦系数,明显改善了以往抛秧机秧盘容易粘土的缺陷.同时,通过降低机器高度,改变机器行走速比,能提高抛秧机工作性能和作业质量.

Abstract:The chart analysis of the parabolic locus of seedli ng sling indicated t hat the friction coefficient is the key affecting element.To solve the problem of seedling accumulation at the coneshaped tray equipment it's necessary to reduce th e friction coefficient in a stated boundary. The soil adhibitable limitat ion is improved observably in contrast to the past by adding a cone-shaped tray equipment to lower friction coefficient.At the same time,the performance and t he working quality are also improved by changing the machine’s walking speed ra te or lowering the machine’s height.
