| 摘 要： | 旋转式推铅球技术较背向滑步推铅球技术有较大的生物力学优越性。目前国内男子铅球运动员使用该技术的还很少，针对此研究了国内男子铅球运动员掌握旋转技术的可行性，分析了旋转技术的要点、难点及其教学方法。

| Abstract: | Rotational shot-put technique is superior to back-facing sliding shot-put technique in terms of bio-dynamics. However, only few Chinese male shot athletes have adopted this technique presently. A feasibility study on the adoption of this technique is conducted and its teaching methods, difficult and key points are analyzed. |
