江西省农村老年人抑郁与生活质量的关系

目的探讨江西省农村老年人抑郁与生活质量的关系,找到抑郁的影响因素。方法采用老年抑郁量表和生活质量综合评定问卷对461名江西省不同地区农村老年人进行问卷调查及访谈。结果躯体功能和心理功能是影响农村老年人抑郁的重要因素,尤其是睡眠与精力、负性情感、正性情感、运动与感觉功能等对老年抑郁的发生有重要影响。社会支持和物质生活条件(主要是住房条件)也对农村老年抑郁有预测作用。结论睡眠与精力不足、负性情感体验过多、运动与感觉功能退化、社会支持系统弱化等因素是老年抑郁的重要诱发因素。

RELATIONSHIP OF THE GENERAL QUALITY OF LIFE AND THE DEPRESSION AMONG THE RURAL ELDERLY OF JIANGXI PROVINCE

Objective: To investigate the relationship of the general quality of life and the depression among the rural elderly of Jiangxi province, and to study the acting factors and put forward effective solutions to this problem. Methods: The Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) and General Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI) were carried out among 461 old people in rural community of Jiangxi province. Results: Physical and psychological functions are important factors to affect the depression among the rural elderly. Social supports and material conditions have predictive effects. Conclusion: The following conditions are easy to induce the depression among the rural elderly including lacking of sleep and energy, too much experience of the negative emotion, degeneration on the functions of movement and feeling, weakening of the social supporting system, and so on.
