摘    要:分析了瞬时值反馈控制对PWM调制信号波形的影响,给出了在瞬时值反馈PWM逆变器电路中注入三次谐波以提高电压利用率的一种改进方法。计算机仿真结果表明所提出的方法是有效的和可行的。此方法用于40kVAIGBT逆变器,实验结果令人满意。

Abstract:The effect of the control feedback by the instantaneous value of an output voltage on thewaveform of PWM inverter modulating signals is discussed.To achieve better voltage uti-lization,a scheme with the injection of the third-order harmonic into the PWM inverter cir-cuit is proposed.Computer simulation and experimental results show that the scheme pro-posed is feasible and satisfactory.It has been used in an inverter with IGBT with a capacityof 40 kVA.
