南湖菱不同深度水层茎的解剖学研究

摘    要:菱茎生于水中,其保护组织、机械组织和木质部细胞明显退化,通气组织、同化组织却相应强化,韧皮部发育正常。茎有内皮层,凯氏带加厚明显。成长菱茎通气组织由下向上逐渐趋向发达,而木质部退化的导管分子是自下而上地逐步降低,浅水层茎段以上,内皮层和皮层出现淀粉粒。

Abstract:Stem of Trapa acornis grows in water throughoutits life its protective tissue,mechanicaltissue and xylem elements degenrate obviously,whereas the aerenchyma and assimilating tissuedevelop in a good condition appropriately.phloem cells develop normally.Wall thickening ofCasparian strip is evident in its endodermis.Air cavities of different sizes develop in the cortex withnumbers and sizes increase in an acropetal direction Degenerated vessels of the xylem decreasesuccessively from base to its apex.Starch grains appear in cells of endodermis and cortex of those stemsegments which generate above the shallow water level.
