| 摘 要： | 我国世界遗产开发利用中存在旅游的破坏性开发、建设性破坏等问题,对世界遗产的功能与价值认识不深、管理混乱和立法不全是主要原因,应该从提高认识、完善管理体制和加强立法等方面采取措施,对世界遗产进行有效的保护。

To the rest of the world, not understanding much about the functions and value of the estate, chaotic management, inadequate legislation are main reasons, We should raise awareness, improve the management system and strengthen legislation for effective protection of the world's heritage. |
