超声波法提取氯化血红素的初步研究

摘    要:详细报导了氯化血红素提取新方法.在20%的加水量,超声溶血10min和提取15min的条件下,氯化血红素的纯度和收率分别达到了96%和90%.采用此方法不但降低了生产成本和生产周期,而且还避免了使用对环境有污染的氯仿和吡绽等物质.

Abstract:In this paper, a new extration method of hemin was reported in details. A 96% purity and 90% yield were achieved, respectively, by adding 20% water, 10min ultrasonic hemolysis and 15min extraction. This method can not only raduce the production cost and procedure time but also avoid the use of the chloroform and pyridine which may pollute the environment.
