| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校正处于转型和提升办学水平的特殊时期,存在不少的共性问题,必须用科学发展观统领学校的改革与发展。要树立先进的办学理念,解决好科学定位和发展方向问题。要改革人才培养模式,解决好培养应用型人才问题。要加大学科、专业、课程建设力度,解决好特色问题。
