| 摘 要： | 从狭缝光扫描时一维载流子浓度分布的理论出发,计算了SPRITE器件的最佳读出区长度,讨论了寿命对SPRITE器件性能的影响。SPRITE器件读出区位置的选取与寿命有直接关系,材料的寿命不同,读出区最佳位置亦有改变,在选取读出区最佳位置时,应考虑寿命的因素。

| Abstract: | From one-dimension equations describing the performance of SPRITE device on a light split scanning, we calculated the optimum read-out length, discussed the influence of lifetime on SPRITE device. The read-out position is connected with lifetime of materials, when we chose the optimum read-out position, we should consider the lifetime. |
