| 摘 要： | 文章介绍一种参数写入串口E2 PROM的方法及串行E2 PROM同MITEL公司所产SA86 6芯片的接口电路。因串行E2 PROM自身体积小、接线方便 ,从而通过这种方法可有效地减小变频器控制电路 ,提高系统可靠性及灵活性 ,且无需大量编程。

| Abstract: | With the wide use of PWMIC for frequency converter, the article introduces a kind of means through which the data can be burned into the serial E 2PROM and the application of I/O circuit between PWMIC SA866 designed by MITEL Ltd.Company for three-phase AC motor.Because of the small body of E 2PROM and its simplification of I/O circuit,the congtrol circuit size of frequency converter can be decreased efficiently, the reliability and flexibility of the whole system can be improved and the process of burning data needs only a little programming. |
