| 摘 要： | 用四氧嘧啶和蛋黄乳液建立小白鼠高脂血症、高血糖实验模型 ,研究芹菜、绿豆、苦瓜对高脂血症的影响 .结果表明 ,芹菜汁、绿豆汁、苦瓜汁可显著降低实验性高脂血症小白鼠的血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)浓度 ,显著增高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL—C)浓度 ;芹菜汁、苦瓜汁可显著降低实验性高血糖小白鼠的血糖 (BG)浓度 .表明芹菜、绿豆、苦瓜对脂质代谢具有双向调节作用 .

| Abstract: | Research into the fluence of celery mung bean and balsam pear on hyperlipidemia of kun ming mus musculus linnaeus by using alloxan and juice to create a mice model of hyperlipidemia and high glucose .The result show that the juices of celery mung bean and balsam pear decrease the mice′s serum density standard including triglyceride cholesterol(TC)、low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)density standard and improve the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) density standard.Celery and balsam pear decrease the mice′s blood glucose(BG) density standard.The results suggest celery mung bean and balasm pear can adjust mice′s lipids metabolism in two-way. |
