摘    要:对未知工艺的两种易切削钢进行研究。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定化学成分,通过金相显微镜观察其组织及夹杂物的形貌,使用扫描电镜分析其夹杂物,最后进行了力学及切削性能的测试。结果表明,两种钢均为低碳高硫易切削钢,其组织绝大部分为铁素体,夹杂物大多数为(Mn,Fe)S和硫化物包裹氧化物,少数为MnS;含碳量低、铁素体组织、长条状硫化物(夹杂物)是造成硬度低和切削性能差的主要原因。

Abstract:The two types of free-cutting steel were studied.The chemical composition was determined by ICP-AES,the morphology of microstructures and inclusions were investigated with the help of metallographic microscope.At the same time,the inclusions were analyzed by using SEM and crystal structure analysis was got by XRD.The mechanical and machining tests were conducted.It showed that the two types of steel were low carbon high sulphur free cutting steels whose microstructure was ferrite mostly,the major inclusions...
