制约高校女子七项全能竞技水平的因素分析

对我国部分高校田径女子七项全能运动现状进行了研究分析。结果表明:目前我国普通高校女子七项全能运动水平较低,其制约因素主要是训练时间、经费投入、生源状况、运动队管理体制、教练员业务能力、科研水平、运动员奖励机制及竞赛体制等。在此基础上提出振兴我国高校女子全能运动的合理化建议。
