该文将金融评估方法引入到软件开发过程管理中。首先说明了贴现的本质,解析了3种贴现类投资计划评估方法;而后给出了软件过程改进(SP I)活动的金融学解释,论证了SP I中引用金融学方法的可能性、必要性及主要应用差异;随后以应用净现值法(NPV)需要处理的4个难点为线索,阐明了NPV法在SP I应用中成本和收益量化处理、收益的风险性确定,以及风险溢价的基准等问题;最后定位了该文方法的学科位置,指出了成功应用该文方法的关键和应对措施。

Financial evaluation methods in software process improvement

The intention of this paper is an endeavor of introducing financial evaluation methods into software process management.As a preparation,the essence of discount is explained and 3 methods are described firstly.Secondly,this paper gives some reasons to consider actions of software process improvement(SPI) as financial actions,along with reasoning out the feasibility and necessity of introducing above-mentioned financial methods into SPI.This paper points out some main differences in application from financial background.Thirdly,this paper analyzes 4 difficulties in application of net present value(NPV),including quantification of cost and return,validation risky of return,and risk premium reference.Finally,this paper positions these methods in our research domain and puts forward some key steps for successful application.
