离子源引出系统的计算机模拟

摘    要:用边界元法及迭加原理确定有限元法中所需的人为边界上的边界条件,再用有限元法确定位场分布的方法来研究离子源引出系统.该方法与传统方法相比,可使有限元法的计算区域尽可能缩小,从而大大减少计算所需的CPU时间,并能提高计算精度,为研究离子源引出系统中各参数对离子束品质的影响及系统的优化创造了极为有利的条件.同时采用可视化技术,在自洽解过程中可清晰直观地看到离子源引出系统的场分布和引出离子束的空间分布,以便检查中间结果和观察模拟效果

Abstract:In studying the ion extraction system, BEM and the principle of superposition are used to obtain the boundary condition on the man made boundary for the FEM, and then, FEM is used to solve the potential field. In comparison with the traditional FEM, this method can limit the field to be solved to a minimum degree, increase the computing precision, and decrease the CPU time dramatically. Thus the method proposed in this paper provides a useful basis for studying the effect of the various parameters in the system on the ion extraction beam and the optimization of the system. At the same time, in the course of the computing, the visual technology is used to observe the field distribution and the space distribution of the ion beams, which can help to check the intermediate result and observe the simulating result of the ion extraction system.
