摘    要:文章从模拟人的诊断思维出发,以融合神经网络和专家系统这2种人工智能理论为指导思想,2针对加工质量诊断问题,提出了综合使用实例知识,经验知识,模型知识的基于神经网络,覆盖集理论,数学模型的集成诊断模型,给出了基于集成诊断模型加工质量的智能诊断系统框架

Abstract:In order to simulate the diagnostic reasoning process of human experts and integrate neural network and expert system, an neural expert hybrid integrated diagnostic model for the diagnosis of machining error sources is presented. Based on the integrated diagnostic model, a framework of intelligent diagnostic system is described. By using object oriented Borland C for Windows program language, a machining quality intelligent diagnostic prototype system has been developed. Application of the system for diagnosing machining error sources in box type part machined in T10 machining center has also been discussed.
