异种材料导电摩擦焊工艺试验研究

摘    要:采用导电摩擦焊工艺对小直径异种材料进行了对焊工艺试验.试验表明:由于在摩擦焊过程中引入了电流,利用电阻热来补偿小直径工件在摩擦焊时摩擦热量的不足,因此使小直径异种材料的焊接成为可能.除研究了小直径异种材料导电摩擦焊的基本规律外,还对其接头微观组织与性能的关系以及接头中脱碳层和次生摩擦面的形成与防止进行了分析.

Abstract:In this paper, the butt welding experiments have been carried out for the workpieces of small diameter and dissimilar materials by using conducting friction welding process. The experiments show that the lack of frictional heat for small diameter workpiece is compensated by electrical resistance heat due to electric current is put into the workpiece in friction welding process. It is possible to weld above mentioned workpieces successfully. In addition, the relation between the microstructure of interface and its property, the decarburization, the transference of frictional interface, and the basic law of conducting friction welding used for workpieces of small diameter and dissimilar materials have also been studied and analyzed.
