碳纤维增强水泥复合材料的制备及性能

摘    要:利用水热热压技术制备了碳纤维增强水泥复合材料,测定了材料的弯曲、压缩、劈裂拉伸、断裂韧性等力学性能,讨论了材料制备的工艺条件、显微结构等对材料力学性能的影响.实验表明,水热热压和纤维增强是改善混凝土一类脆性材料强韧性的有效手段

Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced cement composites was prepared by a hydrothermal hot pressing method and the mechanical properties, such as flexural strength, compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural toughness were measured. The influence of processing conditions and microstructures on the properties were discussed. The results showed that both hydrothermal hot pressing and fiber reinforcement are effective techniques for improving strength and toughness of brittle materials.
