点燃式发动机碗形燃烧室的试验研究

摘    要:在同1台单缸汽油机试验台上分别采用浴盆形和压缩比不同的碗形燃烧室进行了动力性能、经济性能、排放指标和燃烧过程分析的对比试验研究.结果表明,采用碗形燃烧室后,发动机的总燃烧期缩短,循环变动率下降,适合采用较高的压缩比,在排放指标大致相当的条件下动力性能改善,具有节油10%以上的效果,有着良好的实际应用价值.

Abstract:A comparative experiment investigation was conducted on a spark ignition engine between two types of combustion chamber: bowl in piston and bathtub. The engine with the bowl in piston combustion chamber gives better performances than the engine with bathtub combustion chamber. When the engine uses bowl in piston combustion chamber, the combustion duration becomes shorter, cycle to cycle variation decreases, power output increases and the fuel economy improves over 10% without suffering exhaust emissions penalty. The results showed that the bowl in piston combustion chamber should be used widely, especially when the spark ignition engine trends towards small size, high speed and high compression ratio.
