含微量添加剂的AgSnO2触头材料电弧侵蚀机理

摘    要:针对具有不同微量添加剂(WO3,Bi2O3,In2O3)的AgSnO2触头材料进行了大量分断电弧侵蚀试验和表面微观测试分析.在此基础上,从添加剂的助润湿性、添加剂对熔融液态银粘滞性的影响、添加剂的热稳定性等方面,研究了添加剂对AgSnO2触头材料电弧侵蚀机理及侵蚀表面形貌特征的影响.

Abstract:Based on the experiments about switching performances of the AgSnO 2 contact material with different doping agents (WO 3, Bi 2O 3, In 2O 3) and the observations of the contact surface microstructure, the effects of additives on the erosion behavior of AgSnO 2 were studied from the view points of dopants as a wetting aid, the thermal stability of the additive and the effect of the dopant on the viscosity of liquid silver metal. The modification characteristics of additives on the AgSnO 2 contact arc erosion behavior were presented.
