摘    要:研究了涂料中耐火材料的粒形,偶联剂及粘结剂加入量对涂料抗干砂冲刷磨损性能的影响。结果表明:长条片状耐火材料在涂料中叶平行于涂料表面的状态分布,这有利于提高涂料的抗磨性;加入0.2%的偶联剂可显著提高涂料的抗磨性;粘结剂量越高、涂料的抗磨性越好。

Abstract:The effects of the composition of coating used in vacuum evaporation pattern cas ting on its resistance to erosion have been studied. The results indicate that when the grain shape of refractory materials is in a long narrow piece, the grains are distributed in parallel with the surface of coating, and the coating is more resistant to erosion than that consisting of the regular grain refractory.The affinity agent (C 12 H 25 SO 3Na) can strengthen the combining of coating and foam, and increase the erosion resistance. The suitable content of the affinity agent is around 0 2%. The more the binder content is, the higher the erosion resistance.
