低合金铸铁在高流速海水中的腐蚀研究

摘    要:本文测试了常用的几种低合金铸铁在高流速海水中的腐蚀行为与腐蚀特征。试验证明,低合金铸铁在海水流速低于11m/s时,冲刷磨损腐蚀形式为湍流腐蚀,而不是空泡腐蚀,在高流速条件下片状石墨铸铁的耐蚀性优于球状石墨铸铁。

Abstract:The article tests the erosion datas of some kinds of low alloy cast under the high flowing speed seawater analyzes and reseachs the erosion performance and erosion chanocters of low alloy cast under the high flowing speed seawater the test shows, the erosion type is Twisting-Erosion rather than Merging-Erosion. When the flowing speed of water is below 11m/s. the corrosion resistance of grey cast iron is superior to that of ductile iron under the high flowing speed condition.
