| 摘 要： | 澳门办高等教育的目的是把本澳的人才留在澳门学习和工作。澳门高等教育的发展路向应针对目前本澳高等教育的弊端而发 ,应以学术为主导 ,正确理解国际化和本地化的问题。本澳建立一个以澳门大学为重点大学的多元高等教育体制 ,符合澳门的长远战略目标 ,更是澳门未来发展成败的关键。提升澳大的教研水平和社会地位是一个很大的工程。澳大的改革应该分两步走 ,从十五个方面迈开步伐 ,使澳大具有国际学术水平 ,是真正的“大”学 ,力争在不久的将来成为澳门人精神文化生活的典范和中心

| Abstract: | The aim of higher education in Macao is to keep the talented people in Macao.The developmental trend of higher education in Macao should be aimed at the improvement of malpractice in the higher educaiton, orientated towards the advanced academic level.A pluralistic system of higher education centered on Macao University is the key to the future development of Macao.Since the promotion of teaching level and social status of Macao University is a great project, the reformation should be divided into two steps with fifteen aspects of implementation to make Macao University an international one and the center and model of the spirit and cultural life of the people of Macao. |
