| 摘 要： | 从历年我国煤矿安全事故发生的情况看,绝大多数安全事故都与人为因素有关。有些即使是物的原因,但也有人为错误的因素。因此,要预防事故的发生,只有抓住人这一安全的主体,才是治本之策。目前,许多煤矿员工由于与煤矿生产所要求的素质之间存在许多问题,难以适应煤矿生产活动对其身心素质的要求。文章紧密结合煤矿的实际,并根据煤矿实际调查情况,分析了矿山作业对从业人员提出的心理素质要求。
