| 摘 要： | 目前,我国国有商业银行都建立了各具特色的绩效考核机制,绩效考核是银行经营工作中的一项重要任务,是实现银行各项经营管理目标,完善激励约束机制所必需的一项管理行为,对激发员工动力、促进业务发展等方面发挥着积极作用。但从目前执行情况看,存在着诸多弊端,阻碍了银行的经营管理和业务发展。文章从国有商业银行现有绩效考核机制的局限性揭示存在问题,并有针对性地提出完善经营绩效考核机制的对策。
