| 摘 要： | 为提高混丝掺配的均匀性,减少烟丝结团、结块,就必须松散结团、结块烟丝。分析了烟丝掺配技术中存在的问题,介绍了烟丝配比工艺流程,提出了具体的解决方案,有效地提高了烟丝的均匀性及内部质量的稳定性。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the blending uniformity of cut tobacco and reduce the agglomeration of cut tobacco, the agglomerated cut tobacco must be loosened. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the blending technology of cuttobacco, introduces the proportioning workflow of cut tobacco, and puts forward some concrete measures for effectively improving the uniformity of cut tobacco and the stability of internal quality. |
