颗粒体离析性评价方法研究

摘    要:为取得不易离析的路面颗粒材料,研究了不同级配颗粒体的离析性能。根据路面材料离析过程设计了颗粒体的离析试验,以四元矿质颗粒体为研究对象,建立颗粒体的粒径连续分布模型,确定表征级配的参数,分析级配参数与颗粒体离析程度的关系。研究发现,随着颗粒体平均粒径和粒径分散系数的增大,其离析程度有加剧的趋势;且粒径分散系数差与平均离析率线性相关,前者既可在离析试验中评价颗粒体的离析程度,又具有在工程中便捷评估离析材料可用性的实用意义。以上四元颗粒体的研究结果也可用于更多元颗粒体和沥青混合料的离析分析。

Research of granular masses segregation evaluation method
Abstract:The gradation impact on granular masses segregation was researched for less segregation materials in pavement. Based on segregation cause analysis of pavement material, the segregation test was designed. It chose four-element granular masses as research object and established continuous distribution models of them. Then, it put forward gradation parameters by the models for segregation analysis. The study shows that granular masses segregation aggravates with the increase of average diameter and diameter distribution index; and there is a linear relationship between discrepancy of diameter distribution index and average segregation ratio. Though, the discrepancy could not only be used in evaluating segregation degree, but also in assessing the fitness of segregated materials for pavement conveniently. The conclusion can also be applied to segregation evaluation of multi-element granular masses and hot mix asphalt.
