纤维素复合酶对豌豆秸秆营养价值的影响

摘    要:采用纤维素复合酶处理豌豆秸秆粗饲料,研究其营养特性变化。添加纤维素复合酶1‰后,粗饲料豌豆秸秆中可溶物含量有所提高,在6 h、12 h时差异极显著(P〈0.01);酶解率有所提高,在24 h、36 h和48 h时差异极显著(P〈0.01);NDF、ADF、HC、ADL和CEL在48 h差异极显著(P〈0.01)。

Abstract:The characteristics of pea -straw after cellulose -complex enzyme processing were studied. The content of solubles in the pea - straw increased by adding 1%0 cellulose - complex enzyme when processed for 6 h and 12 h, and the difference was significant. There was significant difference among 24 h, 36 h and 48 h of enzyme - degradation . Difference of NDF, ADF, HC, ADL and CEL were significant after 48 hours,veatment.
