冷双曲面齿轮和螺旋锥齿轮设计的统一算法

摘    要:目的 为使准双曲面齿轮和螺旋锥齿轮几何计算方法达到统一。方法分析了这两种锥齿轮几何方法的特点,并定义两个偏置角系数。同时,进行了两种锥齿轮的算例分析。结果 给出了适合于两种锥齿轮几何计算的统一基本公式和迭代方法。结论 这种统一的方法对锥齿轮的标准化、系列化和CAD技术的应用具有一定意义。

Abstract:Aim To unify the design methods of hypoid gears and spiral bevel gears. Methods The geometric calculation of these two kinds of bevel gears was analyzed and two coefficents of offset angle were defined. Many instances of these two bevel gears were checked. Results Some basic equations and the methods of evaluation were given, which can be used not only to hypoid gears but also to spiral bevel gears. Conclusion The unified method is helpful to the standardization and seriation of bevel gears and to CAD technique.
