| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人类胚胎干细胞的研究进展和应用前景。方法对人类胚胎干细胞的来源、建系、生物学特性及应用前景作一综述。结果人类胚胎干细胞在临床上有广泛的应用前景。结论人类胚胎干细胞的研究是人类发育生物学的重大突破,揭示了人体发生发展奥秘的进程,可能为现代临床医疗模式带来革命性的变化。

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach advance of researching the human embryonic stem cell.Methods:To make a review about the resource and bionomics of human embryonic stem cell,building a hESC line and its clinical application.Results:In clinic the human ESC has extensive perspective.Conclusions:Investigation of the human ESC is the great jump of the anthropo-developmental biology,which reveals the proceedings of ginesis and development secret in human body and maybe bring about a revolutionary transmutation in clinical care mode. |
