| 摘 要： | 纯聚酯粉末涂料是集装饰性和防腐性为一体的粉末涂料大家族中的新成员,本文阐述了聚酯树脂的制备,固化剂的选择及固化机理和聚酯粉末涂料的制粉工艺等内容,纯聚酯粉末涂料成本低廉,性能优良,应用广泛.积极地开发研制和生产纯聚酯粉末涂料,将会产生较深远的社会影响和经济效益.本文注意了成果的应用性和现实的可行性

| Abstract: | The coating of the thermosetting pare polyester powder is a kind of decorative and ant icorrosive coating/materials. It is a new member of the large family of coating powders. This paper describes the method of making the polyester rasirt, the selection of hardener, hardening mechanism and the powdering process to make the polyester coating powder. The coating of the pure polyester powder is cheap and shows vary good property So that it can be widely used. The social and economical interests will be high from the development and production of this kind coating whose applicability and feasibility are also pointed out in the present paper. |
