| Abstract: | The significance that EQBase should be constructed is expounded in this paper and history and present situation of EQBase construction are related . Furthermore, the conception and designing method of EQbase in SLTDFF from is advanced in the paper. Moreover, it is applied in designing for EQBase of Ground and Fundation Course. |
