| 摘 要： | 研究了姜太公的军事、政治、经济、人才管理等方面的管理思想。在军事管理思想方面,谋取战役的主动权,战斗中身先士卒,发挥了车战的突击性能;在政治管理思想方面,因地制宜,将周礼与夷礼有机结合,促进了社会的稳定和发展;在经济管理思想方面,扬长避短,发展鱼盐生产;在人才管理思想方面,招贤纳士,选贤任能。姜太公的管理思想为后世的发展创造了良好的条件,给创业者提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
