对辊窝眼式核桃开口机设计

摘    要:为了便于核桃食品加工时的核桃人味、取仁或使核桃易剥食,设计了一种对辊窝眼式核桃开口机。该机采用锥辊式分级装置,可按核桃的粒径大小自动分级。采用对辊窝眼式开口装置,可实现核桃的挤压开口。窝眼的大小与分级装置相对应,使不同大小的核桃受到相同的挤压力。生产实验表明,用窝眼抓取核桃进行挤压开口是可靠的,开口率>95%,破碎率<2%,生产能力>150kg/h。

Abstract:A kind of double cellular-roller walnut splitting machine is designed to split walnut in order to enter tasteinto it or to obtain its pulp when processing food with walnut or to peel easily walnut when eating it. The machinecan fulfil automatically walnut grading and squeeze splitting. Grading adopts double taper-roller. Splitting adoptsdouble cellular-roller. The size of cell corresponds with the grading device, so different size of walnut can suffer thesame squeeze force. Producing experiment shows that the Squeeze splitting for walnut caught with cell is veryreliable. The splitting rate is greater than 95 %. The breaking rate is smaller than 2%. The processing ability isgreater than 150kg/h.
