基于主客观综合赋权的长株潭城市群循环经济评价

在设计和优化城市循环经济评价指标体系的基础上,综合运用层次分析法和熵值法确定指标权重系数,构建基于主客观综合赋权的城市循环经济评价模型。将长株潭城市群视为城市整体,采集长株潭城市群1998~2007年纵截面数据对其循环经济发展水平进行评价。实证评价结果表明:长株潭城市群循环经济发展指数随时间序列呈现出稳步上升趋势,同时减排指数落后于节能指数,应进一步加强环境保护和公众参与,在强调资源节约的同时不能忽视环境友好。
