摘    要:流通企业业务人员综合绩效考核方案,为流通企业业务人员管理提供了一种结合最新理论和标准化工具的方案,为流通企业管理者的人员管理工作提供了一个有力的工具.本文将人力资源管理新观点和新方法,与诸如“业绩指标确定法”以及“指标权重层次分析法(AHP法)”等人力资源管理先进技术手段相结合,阐述流通企业业务人员综合绩效考核方案。

Abstract:The integrated performance assessment system for the business operation personnel in circulation enterprises, in combination with the newest theory and standards and a powerful tool for the managers of the basic material enterprises, becomes a feasible plan for personnel management in circulation enterprises. Based on the combination of the newest points of the view of human resource management with the advanced technology of "performance index matrix" and "the index ratio by AHP", the article made a deep analysis on the theoretical foundation of the performance assessment system for the business operation personnel in circulation enterprises.
