| 摘 要： | 用海藻酸钙固定化面包酵母反应器由糖蜜生产单细胞蛋白,结果表明,在任何给定的稀释速率(D)下,流出液细胞浓度较高。在D=0.5h~(-1)时,固定化细胞反应器的生产能力为2gl~(-1)h~(-1),约为传统连续培养的2.5倍。

| Abstract: | A microbial generator with immobiliged baker's yeast entrapped in calcium alginate was used to produce SCP. It was found that for any given D, the exit cell concentration was higher than thatusing conventional method. The productivity at D = 0.5h-1 was 2 gl-1h-1, which was about 2.5 times the productivity of the contrel continuous culture. |
