| 摘 要： | 为有效保障公民的受教育权,分析了公民受教育权被侵犯的成因,以及当前受教育权法律救济途径的不足,提出应完善学校内部及教育行政部门处理学生及学生申诉的有关规定、完善司法程序、充分利用现行法律的相关条款、完善相应的实体法,以保证公民受教育权的切实实现。
